Dr. Tharcisse Nyandwi is an outstanding physician with strong expertise in global and public health. He has worked both in Rwanda and internationally in South Sudan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Sudan with various organizations, including the United Nations and its affiliated programs, supporting and strengthening health systems to address key health determinants and improve health indicators.

Dr. Tharcisse holds a Master of Public Health and an MBBS (completed in 2014). In addition to his clinical competence, he possesses exceptional skills in healthcare management, leadership, team development, health project planning and implementation, and portfolio management. He has served in multiple national and international health institutions, contributing to impactful health initiatives across diverse global settings.

Dr. Honorine Ingabire is a medical specialist in Anesthesia and Critical Care since 2020. She also holds Masters in public health and global health.
She has a strong background in general medicine, health system management, governance, and public health, with more than ten years of experience across these domains.

Dr. Ingabire has worked in diverse healthcare settings in Rwanda, the United States, the Central African Republic, and South Sudan, serving as an emergency physician and medical evacuation coordinator. She possesses extensive expertise in critical care medicine, health project management, accountability, and health institution governance.

Her mission is to inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through an integrated approach that combines clinical practice, education, and research.

Dr. Claudien Niyigirimababazi is an experienced Emergency Physician with over five years of clinical practice in both public and private hospital settings. He got his Specialisation in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care in 2024.He has extensive hands-on expertise in the management of acute medical and surgical emergencies, resuscitation, and critical decision-making in high-pressure environments. He is currently pursuing a Fellowship in Adult Critical Care, with a strong professional interest in intensive care medicine, Emergency–critical care Medicine, Infectious and trauma Medicine, Mechanical ventilation, and Neurocritical care. Dr. Niyigirimababazi has contributed nationally as a trainer in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PHLS, and PALS, supporting capacity building in Emergency and trauma Services, He is currently a holder of WHO/ICRC BEC course facilitator status.Dr. Niyigirimababazi is actively engaged in clinical research and academic development. He has published two peer-reviewed scientific papers, with additional manuscripts currently in progress, reflecting his commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous scholarly contribution. In addition to his clinical and academic roles, he has held multiple administrative and leadership responsibilities, contributing to hospital operations and service improvement.

Ms. Gloria Umurerwa has strong experience in administration and team management, having served as a Socio-Economic Development Officer in one of the Gasabo District cells. In this role, she was responsible for implementing community-focused development programs, improving livelihoods, coordinating development projects, and bridging communication between citizens and higher government authorities. Her work focused on skills development, social welfare, and economic empowerment initiatives, often performed under demanding workloads.
Gloria has attended numerous training courses in Information Technology and leadership and holds certificates in ICT software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, as well as data entry and data management. She also possesses strong skills in budgeting and financial management, contributing to effective program planning and resource utilization.

Prudence is an experienced registered nurse with over 15 years of clinical practice. She has worked in both public and private health settings, including Bushenge Provincial Hospital and Nyacyonga Health Center. She has completed numerous professional trainings in pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency medicine, family planning, and HIV service delivery. In addition to her clinical expertise, Prudence demonstrates a pragmatic approach to patient care, strong team leadership skills, and genuine empathy, with a consistent focus on patient satisfaction and quality-oriented care.

Ms. Rutwaza Alexie holds an A0 degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences and has 14 years of professional experience as a Laboratory Technician at Huye Prison Health Center. She has also worked at Karama Health Center, gaining broad experience in clinical laboratory services. She has participated in a Training of Trainers (ToT) on the utilization of laboratory equipment and received specialized training in tuberculosis diagnosis using molecular techniques. In addition, she has attended numerous Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training courses focused on laboratory test analysis, enhancing her technical competence and professional skills.

Françoise is a registered nurse with over 8 years of experience working in both public and private health settings in Rwanda, including Byumba Hospital and Nyarugenge District Hospital. She has participated in several professional development trainings organized by USAID, the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC), and the Ministry of Health (MoH). In addition to her clinical expertise, Françoise has a background in education and holds a diploma in education, which has strengthened her patient-centered approach, client satisfaction, and patient orientation, as well as her capacity in health education and health promotion for disease control and prevention.

Felecien serves as the Head of Security, Cleaning, and Customer Care Services at Tharhon Medical Clinic. He is a highly experienced professional in social affairs, with decades of practical exposure that have strengthened his judgment, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Having worked in various business companies in customer care–related roles, Felecien has developed strong expertise in client orientation, service excellence, and customer satisfaction. His extensive experience enables him to effectively manage teams, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and ensure high standards of service delivery.

Dr. Raymond Sekagarura is a high-achieving, self-motivated, and diligent Medical Doctor with over six years of experience in clinical care, medical leadership, emergency medicine, and public health.

He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Rwanda and a Master of Science in International Public Health from Liverpool John Moores University, UK.
He currently serves as Medical Director of Tharhon Medical Clinic and has held senior roles including Medical Director at Rapha Medical Clinic, Director of Medical and Allied Health Services and Head of Emergency Department at Butaro Cancer Center of Excellence (Partners In Health–supported), Part-time Lecturer with UGHE / Partners In Health, and Chief Medical & Environmental Officer with UNMISS in South Sudan with Rwanda Aviation Unit at two different occasions.

His clinical expertise spans pediatrics, internal medicine, emergency and critical care, communicable disease management, preventive and travel medicine, Immigration Medical Examinations and Departure Health Checks, vaccination programs, and epidemic preparedness.
